Seller won't send Item I won

I won an item today for $9.?? and $6.00 for delivery . I already sent payment after I won ,and it is being prossessed. Tonight I recieved an e-mail telling me "Im sorry I can't sell it that cheap" but If I still want the item I can by it for $42.00 ... And that they made an error in the listing and meant to do a "buy now" listing. The seller also has made it clear he won't be sending what I won, so what should I do?|||You can't force a seller to sell. File the appropriate reports INR - to get your money back and then a NPS - Non Performing Seller report. After you get your refund, leave the appropriate feedbackJAV It's all about their money.|||Your seller is very new to selling and probably don't understand Ebay policies. I would email the seller explain to them that they are violating Ebay policy to ask for more money after the auction is over. Tell the seller you expect them to ship out the item. If they response to you they still refuse to ship, then ask for a refund, leave appropriate feedback and move on to buy from another seller..|||First report the seller here for Non Performance, send copy of seller's email with full headers, if it came to your private email address Report here Link Next file the INR (item not received) with Paypal, if the seller has not refunded Ebay can not force the seller to sell, but you can and should report to Ebay and leave a NEG as follows once refunded Example : Won date__ Paid date__ seller refused to complete transaction asked for additional $ Buyers Beware Reporting to Ebay and leaving an appropriate neg to warn others, will effect the seller's ability to sell and pull this stunt again. If the seller requests you agree to cancel the transaction , decline the request. No reason for the seller to be rewarded with the refund of their Ebay selling fees for non performance|||You can and should report the seller for Reserve Fee avoidence here Link Seller needed to use a reserve and did not to save some fees.|||Send the seller the links to Ebay policies. If they still refuse to complete the transaction proceed to report and leave the appropriate Neg.|||Thank's for the reply ! It was VERY helpful!!|||don't forget the dsr stars . if they continue to refuse , then all 1's in the stars , imo.|||Let us know how the seller replies, it's interesting to hear the mind-set of new sellers who think they can just change their mind like that after a sale.~James~|||Doesn't ANYONE read before signing up to sell???? I agree with James...I'd like to hear the update.|||You can't do anything other than what has been posted here. Happened to me a couple of times. Ebay can talk all they want about a auction being a contract but it seems to only work that way for buyers if you don't pay. Get your money back, leave negative feedback and move on. I'm involved with one now where the newer seller claims her paypal is screwed up and is asking for me to send her $107 in a money order. I'm afraid I've played that game before and it rarely turned out well. I'll giver her all the time in the world to get her account fixed, but there is no way I'm sending that much money in an untraceable money order to a seller with a 5 feedback. I expect it will turn out to be an incomplete transaction. There is always another auction.
